Responsibility
- Supervise and lead store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer service, and teamwork.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance performance, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
- Implement promotional campaigns, merchandising strategies, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or supermarket setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of retail best practices, merchandising, and sales techniques.
