Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Represent the brand professionally at in-store promotions, events, and trade shows.
- Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure merchandising standards are met.
- Achieve sales targets by actively engaging customers and promoting featured products.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to restock products as needed.
- Uphold brand integrity by adhering to company policies, dress codes, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, customer service, or brand promotion (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Outgoing, approachable personality with a passion for engaging with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
