Responsibility
- Engage with customers to promote Toy Kingdom products and drive sales.
- Demonstrate toy features, benefits, and usage to potential buyers.
- Assist in setting up and executing in-store promotions, displays, and events.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through proactive customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain store appearance and product availability.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferably in a promotional role).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for toys, childrenâs products, or the retail industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
