Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty tools, staying updated on industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, including product displays and testers.
- Conduct makeovers and tutorials to showcase product benefits and application techniques.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups and loyalty programs.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for beauty are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends (training provided for brand-specific products).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a passion for beauty and self-care.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory tracking.
