Responsibility
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote products and drive sales.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential buyers.
- Maintain a clean and organized promotional area to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales manager.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Represent the brand positively at all times, adhering to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales or promotional experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel between assigned locations in Bali.
