Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to improve performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and local community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of optical products, services, and industry trends is a plus.
