Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of computer systems, accessories, and related tech products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory accuracy and restocking.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic technical knowledge of computers, peripherals, and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or tech are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
