Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising to enhance store appeal and drive sales.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, expenses, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, inventory software).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late shifts.
- Knowledge of retail best practices, including inventory control, loss prevention, and sales techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
