Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Balance cash registers at the start and end of each shift, ensuring all financial records are accurate.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and customer service in a retail environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- High integrity and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
