Responsibility
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide warm, personalized customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product locations, pricing, and promotions while upholding eco-shop’s sustainability values.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on current promotions, loyalty programs, and store initiatives to inform customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role (retail preferred).
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
