Responsibility
- Provide personalized health and wellness consultations to customers, recommending suitable products based on their needs.
- Educate customers on the benefits, usage, and ingredients of Watsonsâ health, beauty, and personal care products.
- Assist in maintaining inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing payments, and providing receipts with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and promote ongoing campaigns or loyalty programs.
- Stay updated on the latest health trends, product launches, and industry best practices to offer informed advice.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Uphold Watsonsâ brand standards by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or health/wellness advisory roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Passion for health, wellness, and personal care, with a desire to continuously learn and share knowledge.
- Basic understanding of common health products, supplements, and skincare solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a part-time capacity.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
