Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
