Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays, signage, and store layout to enhance appeal.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with stocktaking to ensure optimal availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store events.
- Uphold store policies, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
