Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and customer service excellence
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team management and promotional strategies
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
- Implement company programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives at the store level
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail, preferably in health/beauty or FMCG
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and basic financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
