Responsibility
- Assist in the daily management of store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by implementing promotional strategies and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop leadership and management skills.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
