Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, offering expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Demonstrate product applications and techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Hebe Beauty’s product range, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional events and in-store activities to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
