Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and develop staff to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with retail trends, customer service best practices, and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
