Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate a team of motorized sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in Bali.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and inventory management for assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance, address challenges, and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, team leadership, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a mobile sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and distribution networks is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and sales management software.
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
