Responsibility
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet daily sales targets.
- Monitor store performance metrics, including revenue, foot traffic, and conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, coordinate stock replenishment, and optimize product placement to maximize sales.
- Handle customer escalations, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Train, coach, and develop staff through performance reviews, skill-building workshops, and on-the-job mentoring.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and in-store events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, expenses, and operational challenges for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team productivity in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
