Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect gaming or gadget solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for gaming, gadgets, and technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
