Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory shipments with precision.
- Organize and maintain stock in designated warehouse areas for easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring timely and damage-free delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in cycle counting and annual physical inventory processes.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse, inventory, or stock clerk roles (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory software, MS Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items up to 25 kg.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
