Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure efficient store operations and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to drive revenue, and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and product presentation to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or store management, preferably in convenience stores or FMCG.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management are advantageous.
