Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the management team to analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for the sports/retail industry and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
