Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring a high level of productivity, professionalism, and customer service.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly to maintain satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, department stores, or supermarkets.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail POS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
