Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, identifying their needs and recommending premium products tailored to their preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and application methods, to deliver expert advice.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized recommendations.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations, workshops, and events to showcase new launches and drive brand awareness.
- Maintain impeccable store standards, including visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the retail team to enhance the in-store experience and contribute to a high-performing sales environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury beauty, cosmetics, or fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
