Responsibility
- Provide personalized gift registry consultations for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Assist customers in selecting and customizing gifts, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Manage event registrations, including data entry, follow-ups, and confirmation communications.
- Offer professional gift wrapping services with an eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell complementary products and meet individual/team targets.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing gift registry section, including inventory tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay updated on trending gifts, seasonal promotions, and new product launches to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (luxury retail is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for gift presentation and styling.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, inventory management).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
