Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee all in-store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving escalations promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and action plans to optimize results.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to handle complaints and conflicts diplomatically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
