Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the store team, ensuring high levels of productivity, motivation, and customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to improve performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales, achieving targets, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
