Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all store visitors
- Assist customers with product selection and provide expert recommendations on health and beauty products
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising and stock replenishment
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Participate in inventory management and stocktaking activities
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting store promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift patterns
