Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and sales transactions.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of service and compliance.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or grooming industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends and products.
