Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of product knowledge, store presentation, and client engagement.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth within the company.
- Monitor store KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
