Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, merchandising, and loss prevention to ensure optimal product availability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and maintains a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial data, and KPIs to identify trends and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
