Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, foot traffic, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and health/safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and adherence to company values.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in sports, apparel, or lifestyle retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, based on store needs.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
