Responsibility
- Manage daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing expert recommendations on alcohol and beverages.
- Maintain store presentation, including stock organization, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding alcohol sales and licensing.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of alcohol and beverage products (wine, spirits, beer, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for retail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
