Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
