Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and drive sales performance, setting targets and motivating the team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Train, coach, and mentor Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and in-store marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building client relationships.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
