Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving monthly/quarterly targets, analyzing KPIs, and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies to attract and retain customers, leveraging market trends and competitive insights.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure optimal stock availability to meet demand.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with regional managers to report performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for store growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence and problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
