Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to enhance store performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure optimal stock availability to meet demand.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide training and coaching to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements for store operations.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional managers to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or store head role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
