Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment in compliance with company policies and health regulations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist with merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling staff to meet operational needs.
- Generate sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve store profitability.
- Uphold company standards for visual merchandising, product presentation, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, inventory software).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
