Responsibility
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right products.
- Deliver clear and accurate information about product features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling, card payments, and receipt issuance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide the best service.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic numerical skills for handling cash transactions and inventory checks.
- Familiarity with retail operations, POS systems, or sales techniques is advantageous.
