Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors with product inquiries, purchases, and styling advice.
  • Drive sales targets by engaging customers, promoting products, and upselling where appropriate.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, visual displays, and inventory organization.
  • Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks.
  • Represent the brand at in-store events, pop-ups, and community engagements to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and store improvements.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
  • Passion for lifestyle brands, motorcycles, art, or design is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
  • Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
