We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Store Staff to join our dynamic team in Bali. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors with product inquiries, purchases, and styling advice.
- Drive sales targets by engaging customers, promoting products, and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, visual displays, and inventory organization.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks.
- Represent the brand at in-store events, pop-ups, and community engagements to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and store improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Passion for lifestyle brands, motorcycles, art, or design is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
