Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive first impression.
- Promote and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and guiding them toward purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing promotional area or store section.
- Track and report customer interactions, sales, and feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate information.
Qualifications
