Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and product locations.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions, refunds, and payment processing.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking, cycle counts, and receiving deliveries.
- Follow company policies on security, loss prevention, and health/safety standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on promotions and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
