Note: Positions are available across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and manage daily sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and coordinate with the management team for replenishment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on promotions, new products, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is an advantage.
