Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, product demonstrations, and purchases.
- Achieve sales targets by actively engaging customers and promoting tech gadgets and accessories.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to offer expert advice.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for the right candidates.
- Passion for technology, gadgets, or consumer electronics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
