Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor to all guests.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising, stocking, and ensuring displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and in-store campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passionate about customer service with a natural ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems are advantageous.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference given to local candidates).
