Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/non-cash payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays to Alfamartâs standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow company policies on safety, security, and loss prevention.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on promotions, products, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.
- Basic math and computer skills (POS systems, inventory tools).
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
