Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Drive sales targets by implementing effective merchandising, promotional, and customer service strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking to meet demand.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and local retail laws.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to uphold brand reputation.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute marketing campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in a high-volume or multi-location environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
- Familiarity with Indonesian retail regulations and consumer behavior (a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
