As the face of our brand, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and achieve revenue targets while fostering a positive work environment. Based in Bali’s top tourist and expat hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a dynamic, multicultural setting with ample growth opportunities.
Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase conversions, and boost revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and optical industry standards.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales per square foot, average transaction value) and prepare performance reports.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
- Stay updated on eyewear trends, lens technology, and competitive offerings to advise customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in optical, luxury, or healthcare retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering personalized service.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and retail analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of optical products (frames, lenses, coatings) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are advantageous).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
