As a key member of our sales team, you will drive revenue growth by promoting our eco-friendly packaging solutions to hotels, cafes, and retail stores across Bali’s most dynamic commercial hubs.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a target-driven sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including hotels, cafes, restaurants, and retail stores in assigned territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our eco-friendly packaging solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather customer feedback and refine sales pitches.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management, tracking progress against targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or retail sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality and retail industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Basic understanding of eco-friendly products and sustainability trends is advantageous.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (required for field work).
